Cassandra+Mason - Denton, Nebraska Wedding
It is truly an honor when an old friend wants to reconnect and have me at their wedding day, in the most intimate way, behind-the-scenes capturing every moment. Cass and I worked together at a memory care facility when I first moved to Lincoln. We shared a love for the residents and their families.
When Cassie met Mason, I had never seen her light up so much. They share a love so strong and sweet - it was such a joy to capture. Talk about all the kisses and giggles!
The day started out at Mason’s grandparents acreage, surrounded by family and close friends and everybody helped the future newlyweds get ready. Now, we are all used to seeing Cass in scrubs… but to see her reaction to herself completely decked out was a gorgeous moment.
Their wedding party was a mix of all ages! From Mason’s grandpa to his little brother, and everyone in between. Their short and sweet ceremony started out with th4e wedding party dancing in followed by Cassandra with her dad - everyone was smiling and laughing!
And who says you have to spend thousands of dollars to have a beautiful reception? The Denton Community Center was a lovely place, all white walls and ceilings (a photographers dream). The dinner could have won best in show in my opinion, all my pregnancy cravings in one place! Goodcents subs, fruit trays and desserts for days. Check out the adorable way they served cake!
Ending the night with the new Mr. & Mrs. Krcmarik was absolutely dreamy. We found a stone road surrounded by trees on our way to Conestoga lake and then caught an incredible sunset. There could not have been a better way to cap off the day!
