Eloping Near Home- Bridal Shoot in Lincoln, Nebraska
Who says you have to drive 500+ miles to have a beautiful elopement? We have some amazing places right here in Nebraska to have your intimate ceremony. Here are just a few fun places I’ve found you can have your wedding day, but make it look luxury!

City Parks- looking to cut costs for your wedding day? One of my favorite places of all time is Pioneer’s Park in Lincoln! All the images shown below are from Elizabeth+Mike’s bridal session. Their original wedding plans were slashed by covid - so we took some bride+groom portraits of them during sunset.
Sandhills in Western Nebraska- I have not yet got to experience a wedding here, but I think it could be so much fun. Rock formations are as close as we get to mountains here in Nebraska.
AirBnb locations- whether you’re looking for something in the country or the city, I’m sure you can find a spot through Airbnb rentals! I have had great luck with renting Airbnb locations for styled shoots, engagements, small weddings, and even staying there for my own stay-cation. Just make sure to disclose to the property owner you plan on having a wedding there before booking, as this can come with further liabilities.
I hope this little list was helpful to you!!! Sure, a huge wedding venue for hundreds of guests is nice, but this pandemic has taught me that all you need is your hubby/wifey + a few close family members to make your day one to remember.
