What’s in my camera bag? Wedding Photographer Edition

Sony A7iii Camera body - if you plan on charging for your images, skip right over the kit lens you can get in many bundles and go straight for a nifty fifty lens. These are affordable and will give you much higher quality images!

Magmod Sphere - includes the magnet case that attaches to your flash as well as the diffuser. Some listings only sell the diffuser or the magnet, make sure you get the right thing by using my link below! (honestly only saying that because I bought the diffuser WITHOUT the magnet and had to order again, I missed using it on a wedding because of it!)

Godox V860ii Speedlights - I have THREE of these! They work amazing on top of my camera paired with the Magmod Sphere. I also use this for my off camera setup with light stands. If you plan on doing off camera flash you will need a trigger (look below for the one I recommend). These have a built in transmitter so you can also set one on top of your camera to trigger one off camera. I prefer to use two off camera and a trigger on my camera body (it’s much lighter that way!)

Godox X-Pro S - don’t waste your time or money on a different trigger, this one is hands down THE BEST and you can control your flash power right from this trigger. It syncs flawlessly to the Godox V860ii and is small but mighty. This specific package comes with a neat little lens cleaner as well which I love using.

Sony Zeiss 55mm 1.8 Sonar - my FAVORITE lens for portraits! This girl is soooo crisp and clear. The bokeh at 1.8 is so creamy and beautiful - FOR LESS THAN 1K it is an amazing lens

Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 - what a versatile lens for wedding day! I can use this for photographing details all the way through dancing at the reception. It truly never comes off my main camera body! And for sooooo much less $$$ than the Sony G-master version
