Rules + Details
The most important thing: All vendors must tag the photos used to promote their business over social media. A Vendor List will be provided before the shoot.
All photographers will upload (high-resolution, non-watermarked) images to the Spring Garden Pixieset account.
By downloading the galleries you agree to credit and tag all photographers and vendors involved.
Models are TFP and will be required to tag vendors/photographers.
Each photographer will get images for their portfolio as well as shots to benefit each vendor (ex: cake, venue, florals)
Setup time for vendors is between 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM. Photographers arrival time will be 2:00 PM in the main entry
