Brooke+Andrew - Downtown Lincoln Wedding

What better way to spend the weekend after thanksgiving than at a beautiful wedding?! Celebrating Brooke+Andrew was definitely worth the wait. Our sweet couple recently moved to North Carolina and have spent the last months of planning this day from far away. With the help of lots of family and friends, they pulled it off! The rust and navy color scheme was absolutely stunning to round out the last of my 2022 weddings, with showstopping fall florals by McNeill Floral based out of York, Nebraska

The day began at Iasan&Sebastian Salon for hair and makeup - all the girls looked incredible, and such a pretty space to get ready! Brooke’s details were so classic and simple, but they made such a statement when all paired together. The DRESS you guys… there are no words. Such a beautiful piece by Madi Lane Bridal, purchased from Rhylan Lang in Omaha, it fit our bride like a glove.

My favorite part of the day was hands-down the first looks. Brooke’s dad couldn’t hold back his tears - Andrew’s face when he saw his bride was just pure joy - and honestly the best was when Brooke’s grandpa had an impromptu (unplanned) reveal. I heard him whisper “whew, took my breath away” - cue the waterworks.

The ceremony at North American Martyrs Catholic Church was beautiful and the reception at DelRay Ballroom was filled with fun and stunning details. The draped lighting at this venue has got to be my all time favorite backdrop for dance photos.

We ended the night outside where it had just started sprinkling, I hear rain on your wedding day is good luck! Who else is obsessed with the bright flash photos right now? I’m obsessed - its such a VIBE
