Miranda+Austin - Sentimental Wedding Day in Hastings, Nebraska

June 18th 2022 was a beautiful, hot and windy day in Nebraska for a wedding. Miranda and Austin have been through a lot together and to finally be here - happy and married - is a huge accomplishment. Miranda shared that when their relationship started when they were both in a bad place, but they were able to help each other through it and come out stronger… together.

Both families are so sentimental and sweet, our team felt like family from the beginning. I provide all my brides a list of details together for their wedding, hoping that they at least have two or three items... Miranda and her mom Shelly made sure they checked everything off the list! We had so much fun working with their details, And each thing had a very special meaning to it. 

These two were married at the same little chapel that Miranda's mom, Shelly was married in. And after 3... Yes t h r e e venue changes they finally were able to secure Adams county fairgrounds. Their dog, Apollo stole the show everywhere he went. You could tell how much he adored Austin and he was so well behaved the entire day! Miranda and Austin shared private vows in front of this tiny chapel on the property while their closest family watched.

I can safely say This wedding is at the top of my list for the number of tears shed. Austin's mom passed away from breast cancer 2 years ago, So every piece of the wedding day that included moms was difficult for them. The tears started when their video by Kyle's view productions was played, there wasn't a dry eye in the house when Austin's dad started talking about his mom and how proud she was of him And how much she would have loved Miranda.

Austin had two special dances with his sisters, Londyn and Cora. These two really know how to honor their loved ones who are no longer with them.
